TransfoLoop respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with applicable copyright laws. We expect our users to do the same.
1. Procedure for Reporting Infringement
If you believe that any content posted on TransfoLoop infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a "Takedown Notice" with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (providing the specific URL is the best way).
- Information sufficient to permit us to contact you (address, phone, email).
- A statement of "good faith belief" that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
All Takedown Notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent at:

3. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice
Upon receipt of a valid Takedown Notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material and will notify the user who posted it.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with our policy, TransfoLoop will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
