1. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• License to TransfoLoop: By posting content, you grant TransfoLoop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

3. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed upon, please follow our dedicated Copyright Policy to submit a takedown notice. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright law and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Interfering with the proper working of the Service or attempting to bypass our security measures.
• Uploading any viruses or malicious code.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TransfoLoop does not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
