Last Updated: July 21, 2025

TransfoLoop respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the applicable copyright laws. We expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedure for handling claims of copyright infringement.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content posted on the TransfoLoop service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification (a "Takedown Notice") by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (providing the specific URL is the best way to help us locate content quickly).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Designated Copyright Agent

All Takedown Notices should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent at:

Email: legal@transfoloop.com

Please note: Under applicable law, if you knowingly misrepresent that online material is infringing, you may be subject to criminal prosecution for perjury and civil penalties, including monetary damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees.

Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a valid and complete Takedown Notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will notify the user who posted the content that we have taken such action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with our policy, TransfoLoop will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
